We stopped in the China Wok late one night in October 2000.  There were 7 people in our group.  Three had eaten there before; my wife and I were among the ones who had not.  The restaurant is small (though we were told that they were going to be expanding, though as of the summer of 2001 this had not happened) but clean and there is enough room to move around, as well as a couple of booths.  The menu has plenty to offer.  Our food was served quickly, and it was all very good.  While we were waiting for our food, and during our meal, the young man running the register (and waiting on our tables, though I suspect that they usually expect you to get the food at the counter and carry it to the table yourself) spent a lot of time sitting on the table next to us and talking with us.  He was a joy to talk to, and provided us with some useful information, as well as asking some questions of his own.  All in all we had a great meal, and some great conversation.
We visited again during the summer of 2001, and again, the food was great, as was the service.  Since then, the China Wok has become a regular stop for us during our visits to Lake George.
