This privately owned parking lot can be accessed from Canada Street, at Mayard Center.  Parking is for cars, pickups and vans, no oversized vehicles.  You pay up front to park here, I'm not certain exactly what they will be charging for the 2005 season.  I will list the cost for parking here as soon as I know.
